Refunds and Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax. Full refunds will be made for cancellations received by February 1, 2008. Refund requests made after that time will not be honored, and the participant or sponsoring organization will be responsible for the fee. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or e-mail to Conferenceinfo1@outreach.psu.edu. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
If some unforeseen event forces Penn State to cancel or postpone the program, you will get a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any other related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.
