Headwater Taxonomy and Field Identification Workshop

Friday, February 22
1:00–4:30 p.m.

On Friday, February 22, conference attendees may opt to participate in a hands-on field identification workshop looking at the flora and fauna common to headwater ecosystems. The workshop will begin with a general overview of headwater systems. Participants will then break into groups and rotate between four different hands-on sessions:

  • Amphibians and Reptiles
  • Fish
  • Plants
  • Invertebrates and Mussels

Participation is limited to 100 attendees, so please register early.
