Fee and Registration

Fee: The fee covers all workshop notes and program materials, the Friday evening reception, the refreshment breaks, and lunch on Saturday. Registrants are responsible for all other meals and lodging.

  • $35 on or before February 1
  • $45 after February 1

How to register: You can register online or by mailing the printable registration form with a check, money order, purchase order, or letter of authorization from your employer or sponsoring organization.

Credit card payment can be accepted only with online registration.

Deadline: All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on February 18. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100 for information about on-site check-in.
