Join noted authors and innovation experts
Elaine Dundon, MBA, and Alex Pattakos, Ph.D., and Ernest Gundling,
Ph.D., to learn more about the emerging field of innovation management.
Innovation is the key competitive advantage that enables a company
to thrive in today's business environment. Innovative companies, defined
by their percentage of revenue from products less than five years
old, experience profit growth at four times the rate of noninnovative
companies. Increasing a company's potential for innovation is critical
to creating a competitive advantage.
These workshops will explore the three skill areas of:
creative thinking (the ability to discover new connections and
ideas)
strategic thinking (the ability to choose the ideas that add the
most value)
transformational thinking (the ability to engage others to support
and implement new ideas)
Who Should Attend
Executive vice presidents, chief technologists, corporate strategists,
corporate planners, and vice presidents of marketing, new product
development, human resources, and new business development
Senior executives and entrepreneurs who are responsible for technology
and research and development
Senior executives responsible for implementing organizational
development activities and business process improvement processes
and creating a favorable organizational climate for innovation
