Fee and Registration
You must apply and be accepted into this program in order to register. A registration form will be e-mailed after a student is accepted into the program.
Fee: The $3,195 fee for Pennsylvania residents covers tuition of $2,168 + activity fee of $19 + technology fee of $56 + facilities fee of $13 + class fee of $939 (includes lodging, meals, and recreational activities). The $5,067 fee for non-Pennsylvania residents covers tuition of $4,040 + activity fee of $19 + technology fee of $56 + facilities fee of $13 + class fee of $939 (includes lodging, meals, and recreational activities). The class fee of $939 may be paid by check, money order, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA. A bill will be sent to you from the Penn State Bursar's Office to pay the tuition and associated fees.
Tuition fees are subject to change.
Deadline: All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on June 19, 2009. After this date, please call the conference planner at 814-863-5100.
Confirmation: You will receive confirmation via e-mail; if you do not provide an e-mail address, you will receive confirmation via postal mail.
Refunds: If your request to withdraw is received at least fifteen business days prior to the first day of the program, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 814-863-5190 or by e-mail to ConferenceInfo1@outreach.psu.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
